Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Duty Manager's Certificate is essential.
• Experience in both restaurant and bar service.
• Confident leading a team in a busy hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
• Calm under pressure and able to make sound decisions.
• Well presented, reliable and punctual.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work legally in New Zealand with no employer sponsorship (essential).

We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing a positive team culture.

About the Role
