Avis Budget Group is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Queenstown, Otago. You will supervise operational functions, process rentals, ensure vehicles are groomed and ready, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will train and coach staff, coordinate daily activities, and report to management. A NZ Driver's Licence is required, and a 40-hour week with weekend shifts is in place.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial or leadership experience with coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, problem solve and show initiative.
• Experience in complaints handling, conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Possesses competent planning and organisation skills and can multitask.
• Ability to competently use Microsoft Office suite and learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilités

• Assist Branch Manager with supervising all operational functions.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience through superior service and efficient rental processing.
• Coordinate daily team activities and train, coach and direct staff; report noncompliance to management; prepare shift schedules and reports.
