Job summary

Humes, part of Fletcher Building, seeks a Branch Performance Manager to strengthen branch capability across 20 locations in NZ. You will coach regional and branch leaders, develop training programs and enable consistent processes that improve service, sales and profitability.

Regular national travel is required to implement improvements and support recruitment, induction and national initiatives. The role emphasizes safety, inclusion and ongoing performance enhancement.

We’re looking for a collaborative and people-focused Branch Performance Manager to strengthen capability and consistency across our 20 branches.

Working alongside Regional and Branch Managers, you’ll provide practical coaching, share best practice and turn business priorities into sustainable improvements for our people, customers and operations. Regular national travel, including overnight stays, is required.
