Job summary

Humes Pipeline Systems in New Zealand seeks a Branch Performance Manager to uplift capability and consistency across 20 branches. You will coach branch leaders, develop practical training, review processes and drive improvements in service, profitability and efficiency.

Regular national travel, including overnights, is required. You will bring a proven coaching style, experience with dispersed teams, and a focus on engagement, change management and implementing structured improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching dispersed or multi-site teams.
