Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day leadership and operation.
• Oversee branch administration, including credits, warranty processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with bin location control and cycle counts.
• Process customer inquiries and orders to meet service standards.
• Assist in achieving or exceeding branch sales, revenue and gross margin targets.
• Promote a positive team culture across the wider business.
