Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Service Manager for its Hamilton branch to lead daily service operations for agricultural and construction equipment. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, efficiency, and team performance.

You will develop departmental processes, set annual goals and budgets, and oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to deliver value and industry-leading service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a service environment.
• Clear communication with customers and teams.
• Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to equipment service.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, enforce and monitor Service Department processes to ensure satisfaction.
• Create annual Service Department goals and budget aligned with objectives.
• Submit warranty and Product Improvement Program claims on time for credits.
• Schedule and assign jobs and areas to Service staff based on skills.
• Review work orders for accuracy before billing.
• Ensure tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order.
• Manage recruitment, staffing and employee development for the team.
