Job summary

Sime Motors is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Hamilton to support the Branch Manager, lead the team, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and fostering a positive team culture within TWL's branch network.

You will oversee branch administration, credits, warranties, and invoicing, while maintaining health and safety standards and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the transport, automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, coaching and people leadership skills.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A strong commitment to Health and Safety.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the branch.
• Oversee branch administration, including credits, warranty processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through effective bin location control and timely cycle counts.
• Process customer enquiries and orders efficiently while meeting service standards and delivery expectations.
• Assist in achieving or exceeding branch sales, revenue and gross margin targets.
• Promote a positive team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider business.
