Aufgaben

• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day leadership and operation of the branch.
• Oversee branch administration: credits, warranty processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through bin locations and cycle counts.
• Process customer enquiries and orders while meeting service standards and delivery expectations.
• Assist in achieving or exceeding branch sales, revenue and gross margin targets.
• Promote a positive team culture and collaborate with colleagues across the wider business.
