Health New Zealand Waitematā is seeking a Booking and Scheduling Administrator to support paediatric services at Waitākere Hospital. The role is 0.3 FTE on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2027, with flexible hours to fit two 6-hour days or three 4-hour days per week.

As a member of the Booking and Scheduling team, you will schedule outpatient clinics for Paediatricians and Nurse Specialists, manage waitlists, and liaise with whānau requiring appointments. Knowledge and skills using the iPM (integrated patient management) system is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. We offer flexibility in how the hours are worked, either two 6-hour days or three 4-hour days per week.
