We are looking for skilled Administrators who pride themselves in their customer service abilities to join our close-knit Referral & Appointment Centre administration team. The Referral & Appointment Centre supports Counties Manukau Clinical Services by managing patient referrals, first specialist appointments and elective surgical bookings. In this role, you will communicate with patients and whānau while working closely with Clinicians, Nurses, Managers and other teams involved in patient care. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 5:30pm. The position is based in our modern administration office located at 15 Lambie Drive, Manukau City, with flexibility required to work at other locations within Counties Manukau as needed.
