Job summary

Brendan Foot Supersite is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy, multi-franchise workshop in Wellington. You will oversee service operations, mentor technicians and support staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting manufacturer standards and targets.

Proven experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong workshop and service department knowledge.
Experience in a multi-franchise dealership environment.

Responsibilities

Leading, supporting and developing a great service team.
Overseeing workshop productivity, efficiency and workflow.
Driving strong customer service and communication standards.
Managing service department performance, including sales, GP, CSI and operational targets.
Supporting Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop leadership.
Ensuring manufacturer standards, warranty processes and compliance requirements are met.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and department performance.
Creating a positive, accountable and team-focused environment.
