• Strong mechanical knowledge with trade qualifications.
• Experience within a premium, prestige or high-performance automotive environment would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing departmental KPIs, budgets and profitability.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Calm, confident communication and the ability to build relationships at every level.
