Job summary

BMW Wellington is seeking a Service Manager to lead our aftersales operation, ensuring our team delivers a premium customer experience and maintains the highest standards of quality. You will shape the culture, coach staff and drive performance across the workshop.

With strong automotive leadership, you'll manage budgets, KPIs and safety, partner with the wider dealership, and champion continuous improvement to lift customer outcomes and service excellence at BMW and MINI Wellington.
