North Shore Motor Holdings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the BMW and MINI Wellington service operation, driving top-tier performance and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring leadership in automotive aftersales, strong mechanical knowledge, and a track record of managing KPIs, budgets, and profitability with a customer-centric mindset.

• Proven leadership experience within automotive service or aftersales.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with trade qualifications.
• Experience within a premium, prestige or high-performance automotive environment would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing departmental KPIs, budgets and profitability.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.

We're looking for an experienced leader with strong automotive experience, who can manage expectations and drive our team. Continental Cars BMW and Wellington MINI Garage, are part of the global Sime Motors network, we represent two iconic automotive brands in New Zealand. About the role

As Service Manager, you'll lead the BMW and MINI Wellington service operation, ensuring our people can perform at their best, whilst customers receive a premium experience every time.

• Experience within a premium, prestige or high-performance automotive environment would be advantageous
