Smith&Smith Hastings, part of Belron New Zealand, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a skilled autoglass team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll drive daily operations, safety culture, and performance targets while fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace.

A strong leadership background in autoglass or a related customer-facing role is essential. We offer 40-hour weeks, opportunities for career development, and access to Belron's global pathways.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years' autoglass technician experience or equivalent in ops/customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid New Zealand driver’s licence and right to work in NZ.
• Commitment to safety, health and wellbeing policies.
