Job summary

Belron NZ Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Otago Hub (Dunedin and Oamaru). You’ll lead the autoglass service team, drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This hands-on leadership role requires managing performance, mentoring technicians, and building a high-performing culture. You’ll be comfortable with a busy shop floor, have a clean NZ driver’s licence, and a track record of team development in auto glass or similar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ autoglass technician/operational experience.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment with direct reports.
• Strong team-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Solid SH&W understanding and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and service delivery.
• Develop and coach technicians to high performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
• Hands-on support for customers when required.
