Belron NZ Ltd is hiring an Autoglass Technician in Rolleston. You will repair, replace and recalibrate vehicle glass with modern tools, while delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice. Training is provided, and opportunities for overseas assignments may arise within the Belron group.

Role is 30 hours per week across a Monday–Sunday roster. A valid driver’s license and NZ work rights are required, and a pre-employment drug test will be conducted.

• No prior autoglass repair and replacement experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Location & Hours

Location: Smith&Smith Rolleston Hours: 30 hours, rostered across Monday - Sunday

What we\'re looking for

• Motivated people with a passion for hands-on work, and a genuine interest in advancing technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• No prior Autoglass repair and replacement experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to upsell value-added products and services.
• Physical capability to repetitively lift heavy items (up to 25kg) during a normal working day.
• A clean \’driver\’s license (restricted or full class) is a minimum requirement.
• You must have unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test.
