Ask Your HR is recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealer finance company in Auckland. The Relationship Manager will be the key link between customers and the company, maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

The role is field-based across Auckland with periodic travel to other NZ regions. You will support a small team and contribute to customer outcomes while managing risks and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in relationship management in New Zealand.
• Background in relationship/account management, business development or B2B sales.
• Strong leadership and team-spirit; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and risks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to grow lending volumes, revenue and engagement.
• Develop and execute customer call plans and account development plans.
• Regularly visit customers to understand business performance and funding needs.
• Spot customer dissatisfaction or cashflow pressures early and report insights to management.
• Gather and report market intelligence and industry trends.
