Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client relationship management, account management, business development, or client service.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and revenue growth within existing client relationships.
• Manage client SLAs and commercial arrangements as required.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders including executives.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and priorities.
• Prepare client meeting agendas, lead discussions, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Act as primary client contact for operations, service issues and escalations.
• Coordinate responses with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client data in Salesforce and support onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify growth opportunities and support retention.
• Advocate for clients to ensure their strategic priorities are understood across the organisation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify improvements to service delivery and efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory developments and market dynamics.
• Prepare client reporting, presentations and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
