Job summary

Latitude Financial Services is seeking an Area Manager to strengthen retailer relationships and drive commercial performance across a territory in New Zealand. You will coach teams, lead compliance, and execute retail initiatives to grow sales and improve customer outcomes.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience with POS finance, and the ability to manage a large partner portfolio with precision. A hybrid work model and regional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner management, enablement, or commercial support within retail/financial services.
• Strong understanding of POS finance processes and customer experience priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multiple teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with regional and store teams to drive sales and finance penetration.
• Deliver structured training to lift product confidence and compliant sales behaviours.
• Analyse store KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve approvals and attach rates.
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns with cross‑functional teams for growth.
