Job summary

Smith&Smith is seeking an Area Manager for the Central North Island region, including Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and surrounding areas. You will oversee multiple branches, hire and develop teams, and ensure Belron standards are implemented to drive customer experience and profitability.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the role requires strong leadership, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to travel across the region.

## Area ManagerApply: NZ Palmerston North: Full time: Posted 5 Days Ago: JR74390**About the role: Area Manager at Smith&Smith - Central North Island Region**Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith corporate service locations and mobile services, support authorised dealers and business development opportunities in the Central North Island Region – including Hastings, Napier, Palmerston North, Fielding, Whanganui and New Plymouth. You will be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success.
