Job summary

DEFEND is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Lead to drive the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, semantic models, and analytics across the business. You will deliver trusted insights and dashboards in Power BI to support forecasting, planning and decision making.

You will collaborate with internal teams to shape the data roadmap, simplify complex data problems and communicate outcomes clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and managing reporting, BI or analytics solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Dataflows Gen2 and semantic models.
• Experience building financial, operational or commercial reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Deliver trusted insights: design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models and analytical solutions for leaders.
• Drive business performance through analytics: provide insights for forecasting, planning, performance management and strategic decisions.
