Job summary

thl digital is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with stakeholders and deliver trusted reporting, analytics and data solutions using Power BI and Databricks. You will help shape insights-driven decisions across thl’s global travel brands in a fixed-term, full-time capacity.

Join a cross-functional team to build semantic models, validate data, and support Agile delivery while exploring new analytics capabilities to uplift capability and performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and visualisations.
Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities with complex queries.
Experience with dimensional data models, semantic models and business metrics.
Understanding of data warehousing, governance and reporting best practices.
Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, identify reporting opportunities and define requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical data requirements.
Develop, enhance and validate Power BI reports and dashboards.
Support semantic models and trusted metrics for reporting frameworks.
Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy across outputs.
Coordinate user testing and stakeholder feedback for adoption.
Contribute to data governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Explore new analytics and AI capabilities to improve insights.
