Job summary

DEFEND is seeking a Reporting and Analytics Lead to shape data-driven decision making within a dynamic cybersecurity growth environment. You will own the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, semantic models and analytical solutions across the business.

You’ll deliver trusted, actionable insights through Power BI, drive forecasting and performance management, and partner with teams to develop reports that create strategic value in a hybrid NZ-based setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering reporting, BI or analytics solutions.
• Ability to design semantic models and dashboards.
• Strong data governance, validation and reporting controls.
• Excellent communication to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in finance, operations or technology-led reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead DEFEND’s Reporting and Analytics capability, driving design, development and continuous improvement of reporting and insights.
• Deliver trusted insights with Power BI reports, dashboards and semantic models for leaders.
• Drive business performance through analytics, forecasting, planning and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape reports and analytics that create business value.
