Job summary

Partners Life is seeking a motivated Finance Reporting Analyst to join our high-performing FP&A team. You will shape how performance information is presented, working closely with senior leaders to deliver reporting that supports decision-making and better business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will coordinate reports, support planning and forecasting, and build strong relationships across the organization. A proactive, collaborative mindset and solid Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in finance and accounting.
• Experience in recurring reporting and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of key business performance reports (CEO, CFO, Performance Council).
• Support planning and forecasting with clear reporting templates and frameworks.
• Collaborate across Finance and wider business to gather insights and manage timelines.
• Translate financial and operational data into meaningful reporting that tells a clear story.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting processes.
