Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking an AOC Operator to join the Agent Operations Centre and help customers operate AI agents with confidence.

As an AOC Operator, you'll investigate issues across AI agents, APIs, and cloud services, drive incidents to resolution, and develop runbooks and tooling. You’ll work at the intersection of AI operations, engineering, and customer outcomes, focusing on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting software, cloud, or integrated business systems.
• Exposure to building, supporting, integrating, or debugging AI/LLM-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proactive mindset to continually improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigating issues across AI agents, APIs, integrations, and cloud services.
• Identifying root causes and driving incidents through to resolution.
• Communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Implementing controlled operational improvements and changes.
• Building scripts, automations, and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Contributing to product enhancements alongside engineering teams.
• Developing runbooks, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Protecting customer trust through security and governance practices.
