Fusion5 is seeking an AOC Operator to join the Agent Operations Centre and help customers operate AI agents with confidence. You will investigate production issues, diagnose problems, improve system performance, and contribute to the evolution of AI solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive problem solver with experience across software, cloud, or AI technologies.
• Comfortable with code, APIs, and automation.
• Able to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Investigate issues across AI agents, APIs, integrations, and cloud services.
• Identify root causes and drive incidents to resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Implement controlled operational improvements and changes.
