Job summary

Healthvision in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, seeks a proactive After-Hours Coordinator for a permanent part-time role (30 hours/week). You will be the first point of contact after hours, supporting staff, service users, and stakeholders with calm composure and effective prioritisation.

This role ensures continuity of care and requires strong communication and organisational skills. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with some training in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not essential.
• Customer service or administrative background preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and composed under pressure with a resilient, adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours quality support to service users and staff.
• Receive and manage after-hours queries (voicemail, email) and respond promptly.
• Provide practical solutions to ensure service continuity.
• Accurately record and maintain service user information.
• Report regularly to the line manager and participate in team meetings.
• Work public holidays when required.
• Promote a professional and positive work environment.
