Qualificações

• Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and an APC.
• At least five years of recent acute clinical experience within a hospital setting.
• Postgraduate qualifications, or equivalent experience, with commitment to professional development.
• Core Advanced certificate and relevant clinical competencies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership across Hospital and Specialist Services after hours.
• Coordinate bed utilisation and manage patient flow to ensure safe care.
