We are seeking a resilient, empathetic support worker to help people in Queenstown with personal cares, daily living tasks, and community access. Rotating shifts, flexible hours, and a commitment to compassionate care are required.

Qualifications

• Ideally prior personal care experience.
• Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification beneficial (training provided).
• Access to a car and a NZ driver's license required.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal cares (showering, bathing).
• Assisting with household management and meal preparation.
• Supporting exercise programmes.
• Assisting with accessing the community.
• Bowel, bladder and catheter care.
• Moving and handling hoists and manual transfers.
• Medication support.
