Job summary

Stop is seeking a friendly Administrator/Receptionist in Christchurch for a part-time role (24 hours per week, Mon-Wed). You will greet visitors, manage front-of-house interactions and provide admin support while coordinating meetings and travel arrangements as needed.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365. Prior reception/administration experience is preferred, with a proactive, customer‑facing approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in reception or administration.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • CRM experience, ideally Dynamics 365.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front-of-house interactions.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general enquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and admin area.
  • Assist with scheduling, room bookings, and basic coordination.
  • Support data entry, correspondence, and office supplies.

Are you a friendly, organized, and people‑focused professional looking for a rewarding part‑time role? We’re seeking a Administrator / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation while providing high‑quality administrative support to our team.

What you’ll be doing

In this part‑time role, you’ll manage our reception area and ensure clients and staff receive exceptional service. You’ll handle enquiries, coordinate day‑to‑day office tasks, and support a range of administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a role where every day looks a little different.

  • Provide support with travel arrangements, meetings, events, and staff communications
