About the Role
As Administrative Support - Receptionist in the CommunityOral Health Service, you willbe the first point of contactsupporting whānau, patients and visitors. You will play a vital role increating a welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day administrationof our Community Oral Health clinics. This is a varied and rewarding rolecombining reception, administration, patient coordination and data managementresponsibilities.
Working closely with our clinical and administrative teams,you'll help support equitable access to oral health services for tamariki andtheir whānau across our region.
Some key tasks are:
Thisis a permanent, part-time position working 48 hours per fortnight (0.6 FTE),generally between 7.00AM and 6.00PM (current clinic hours are 0745-1645hr). Youwill be based in Nelson on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with theflexibility to work across our district from time to time sites as required.

The Community Oral Health Service provides free oral healthcare for eligible children and adolescents across the Nelson Marlboroughregion. Our dedicated team of oral health therapists, dental assistants andadministration professionals work together to deliver accessible, high-qualitycare and improve oral health outcomes for tamariki and whānau in ourcommunities.
