Stock Lines Limited is seeking a friendly, organised part-time administrator for our small Feilding head office. You will assist with invoicing, creditor checks, owner-driver reporting and fleet records in a fast-moving seasonal business.

Our small Head Office team in Feilding requires a friendly, organised, accurate and reliable part time administrator. This is a varied role in a fast-moving, seasonal business. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
Key responsibilities
Communicating professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues
Assisting with the checking of Creditors
Processing the monthly invoice run
Preparing detailed monthly Owner Driver reports and summaries
Completing log book reviews (training provided)
Maintaining Fleet management System records
Preparing reports and summaries for the management team as and when needed
Assisting with other duties associated with the role
About you
Microsoft Office knowledge
Comply with and observe all processes, procedures and policies of Stock Lines, including all Quality and Environmental compliance, Health and Safety requirements and obligations including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Clothing (PPC), and Security Policies and Procedures
Treat customers, co-workers and management with courtesy and ensure that customers receive prompt, professional and friendly service at all times
A team-focused attitude, positivity and a good sense of humour
Initiative and the ability to prioritise changing tasks
A focus on accuracy and attention to detail
An awareness of workplace health and safety and PPE requirements
Previous experience in an administration, reception or office-support role would be beneficial, but extensive experience is not required. Full training in our systems and processes will be provided. A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn are most important to us.
