New Era Technology NZ is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in New Zealand from our Newmarket base, with a hybrid schedule and client-site visits.

You will build relationships with large enterprise clients, manage the full sales cycle, and present tailored AV, unified communications, and related solutions. NZ citizen or permanent residency and a NZ driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of audio-visual, unified communications, and video signal management.
• Experience in solution and relationship sales.
• MS Teams proficiency and AV certifications preferred.
• Experience with MSP/Systems Integrator or outsourced delivery environments.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with large enterprise clients and identify tailored technology solutions.
• Drive new business through proactive engagement, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close across AV, unified communications.
• Maintain high service standards, be primary contact and escalation for accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at events, demonstrate products, and deliver client training.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and pursue ongoing training and certification.
