Accounts & Invoicing Associate (Novena)
Job summary
A leading management company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations in Novena. Key responsibilities include data entry, accounts receivable and payables management, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in accounting and a relevant diploma. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Salary will commensurate with relevant experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry.
- Maintain organized accounts receivable and payables files.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
