Job summary

A leading management company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations in Novena. Key responsibilities include data entry, accounts receivable and payables management, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in accounting and a relevant diploma. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, generate invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain organized accounts receivable and payables files and records.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Generate G/L details to support monthly closing.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
