Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Vestland is seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage the reception at a medical facility. The candidate will welcome patients, handle appointments, and perform administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills and at least 1 year of related experience are required. This position offers a salary range of $2500 - $2600 monthly with additional bonuses.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist or in a similar role.

Front Desk Officer

  • Salary: $2500 - $2600 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Working hours: 5.5 days Monday - Friday | 9am – 5.30pm. Saturday 9am – 1230pm.
  • Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre - 4 mins walk from Novena MRT
  • At least 1 year working experience as Receptionist or similar role.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients to the clinic
  • Register, schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments when required
  • Assist patients in completing necessary information forms
  • Handle patient discharge procedures, including medicine dispensation and payment collection
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide appointment reminders
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, photocopying, filing, and scanning
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
