JCI is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Water Mechanical Products business in Norway. You will drive the regional strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and deliver growth with a focus on revenue and margin targets.

This role reports to the Territory Sales Director and emphasizes coaching, collaboration, and customer excellence. You will develop account plans, identify opportunities, and implement robust pricing strategies.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role with proven growth delivery.
• Consultative selling experience demonstrated in a complex environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
• Experience leading and managing teams including performance management and planning.
• Strong analytical mindset using market insights to drive strategy and decisions.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with high forecasting accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization to drive alignment.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop teams in a multinational setting.
• Experience from fire suppression or construction industry is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Water Mechanical Products sales organization in Norway and deliver on revenue and margin targets.
• Implement and execute commercial strategy and drive year-on-year growth.
• Develop structured account plans and identify new opportunities and wallet share.
• Coach and develop the sales team; manage escalations to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with Nordic leaders to set pricing strategies and align with regional priorities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners.
• Track performance with Salesforce CRM and report on pipeline, conversions and coaching plans.
