Job summary

Victaulic Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for HVAC products in Norway. You will engage owners, engineers, and contractors, supporting design phases and field installations.

The role emphasizes technical knowledge, traveling up to 75%, and close collaboration with distributors and the Sales Director. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 5+ years in the piping/HVAC space, and fluent Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• University/college degree, preferably mechanical engineering.
• Technical knowledge with minimum 5 years in HVAC or piping.
• Familiarity with piping business and project development stages.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and communicate in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Victaulic HVAC system products in Norway.
• Engage key stakeholders on large projects during conceptual, design, and construction phases.
• Report weekly to the Sales Director on activities and budget achievement.
• Demonstrate installation of Victaulic products and tools.
• Coordinate with local distributor and ensure information flow.
• Visit job sites, train contractor personnel, and handle claims with Engineering.
• Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.
