Job summary

Tyco Fire Suppression, a global fire protection leader, seeks a Sales Manager to drive Water Mechanical Products in Norway. You will lead a high-performing sales team, execute regional strategy, and deliver sustainable growth across key accounts and channels.

You will coach and develop your team, align resources with objectives, and collaborate with Product and Territory Directors on pricing and market insights, using Salesforce to track progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales role with proven growth.
• Experience leading and managing teams and driving performance.
• Experience from fire suppression or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Water Mechanical Products sales in Norway and implement the commercial strategy.
• Manage a high-performing sales organization and report to Territory Sales Director.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets and drive year-on-year growth.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies with regional directors and use Salesforce CRM.
• Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations as needed.
