Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coordinate all sales activity within the assigned territory, including management of agents and distributors across Norway. You will liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain customer relations and drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sales, fluent Norwegian and strong English, with experience in centrifugal pumps, seals, and valves. Relocation is possible; travel across the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience.
• Fluent Norwegian and strong English skills required.
• Experience in pumps, seals or valves preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all sales activity within the territory.
• Manage and coach a sales team and network of agents/distributors.
• Develop annual strategic sales plans and budgets.
• Forecast bookings and ensure financial and non-financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to meet customer needs.
