Job summary

Flowserve Norway AS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coordinate all sales activity across the territory, driving orders for Flowserve products and solutions. You will coach a sales team and maintain relationships with agents and distributors while liaising with internal stakeholders.

You will also develop annual plans, set goals for direct reports, forecast bookings, and ensure payments are managed. Travel across the area is required for success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience in centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals sales or valves.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all sales activity within the territory to secure orders.
• Develop and implement an annual strategic sales plan aligned with Flowserve goals.
• Define goals for direct reports and coach to meet or exceed them.
• Provide accurate booking forecasts and meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with operations, commercial teams and distributors to serve customers.
