Job summary

Medtronic seeks a field-based Territory Manager, Peripheral Vascular Health, to drive growth and manage relationships with hospitals and clinicians across Norway. You will execute territory plans, deliver product presentations, and support customer adoption of vascular therapies.

The role requires travel throughout Norway and occasional Nordic travel, strong sales experience in healthcare, and fluency in Norwegian and English. A driving licence and collaboration with Nordic teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and some sales experience in medical devices or a comparable environment.
• Experience managing customer accounts and delivering against defined sales targets.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout Norway and the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with physicians, nurses, procurement teams, administrators, and key opinion leaders.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities through effective account management and territory planning.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and provide technical support to customers.
• Lead commercial discussions and collaborate on pricing, contracting, and tender activities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, customer activity records, and opportunity pipelines using company systems.
