• Proven track record in sales with measurable results.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve objectives across Norway.
• Develop and execute territory plans to expand market presence.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital leaders, and procurement teams.
• Provide product expertise and clinical support during evaluations and training.
• Identify new opportunities and convert to revenue growth.
• Maintain understanding of market dynamics and competitors.
• Collaborate with Nordic teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Travel extensively across Norway to support customers.
