Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Territory Manager for Peripheral Vascular Health in Norway. You will drive business, manage customer relationships, and support adoption of vascular therapies across your territory, collaborating with Nordic and cross-functional teams.

The role requires regular customer visits, attendance at procedures, and educational activities, with travel throughout Norway and occasional travel within the Nordic region. Strong Norwegian and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and some sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a comparable commercial environment.
• Experience managing customer accounts and delivering against defined sales or business objectives.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Norway and occasionally within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with business objectives to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, procurement teams, administrators, and key opinion leaders.
• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities through effective account management and territory planning.
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and technical support to support therapy adoption and customer success.
• Support procedures and provide product expertise to healthcare professionals when required.
• Lead commercial discussions and collaborate on pricing, contracting, and public tender activities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, customer activity records, and opportunity pipelines using company systems.
• Partner with Nordic colleagues and cross-functional teams to support customer needs, educational activities, and business initiatives.
