Job summary

Organon in Norway is seeking an experienced Territory Account Manager to drive cardiology product uptake across Oslo and broader Eastern/Northern Norway. The role is field-based, customer-facing, and requires building relationships with hospitals, clinics and primary care, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead regional KOL engagement, manage account plans, and ensure alignment with market access and medical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven sales track record.
• Cardiology experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, high enthusiasm, and strong networking.

Responsibilities

• Promote products with cardiology clinics and primary care, highlighting clinical benefits.
• Develop regional and national opinion leaders to support medical education.
• Manage customer communications via face-to-face, virtual, phone, and email.
• Lead speaker events and participate in national/regional congresses.
• Create district account plans and manage promotional budget.
