Job summary

O’Connor’s Irish Pub Stavanger is seeking a capable Sous Chef to join the kitchen team in Stavanger, Norway. The role starts as a 1–2 month full-time assignment through Staffers, with the aim of a direct permanent position if the fit is right.

You’ll lead a section, supervise service periods, and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in a busy pub kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven professional chef with relevant experience.
• Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for kitchen and service when required.
• Prepare and cook dishes to the menu and standards.
• Manage your own section during busy services.
