Head Energy is seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to support daily procurement activities in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves managing cost-efficient purchases, ensuring contract and ERP documentation compliance, and expediting orders to meet delivery schedules.

Fluent English and Norwegian are required, with strong communication and analytical skills. Experience with SAP is a plus and the position offers permanent or project-based opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost efficient procurement supporting operations in daily needs.
• Ensure documentation in contract management system and ERP aligns with requirements.
• Follow up on deliveries and expedite requests.
• Seek market intelligence and monitor local and regional market movements and new suppliers.
• Secure competition: issue RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods including expediting.
• Contribute to material master data improvements and new material masters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
