Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator to support operations with cost-effective procurement, ERP and contract documentation, and delivery follow-up. You will issue RFQs, negotiate, and align with internal requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of relevant experience, SAP proficiency, and fluent written and spoken English. Systematic, analytical, and proactive mindset are essential in this on-site Stavanger role.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years relevant experience.
Experience with SAP.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good communication and corporation skills.
Systematic and structured with an analytical and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Ensure cost efficient procurement supporting daily operations.
Ensure documentation consistent with company requirements in both contract management system as well as ERP system.
Ensure alignment with internal and external requirements.
Follow up on deliveries and expediting.
Issue purchase orders and call-offs and ensure correct use of established contracts.
Seek market intelligence and maintain knowledge of local and regional market movements and new suppliers.
Secure competition and issue RFQs, evaluate bid proposals and negotiate.
Contribute to data maintenance for material masters and procurement process improvements.
