The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, hands-on SAP experience, fluent English, strong communication and analytical skills, and a systematic, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement needs in daily operations.
• Ensure documentation aligns with company requirements in contract management and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on deliveries and supplier performance.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate bids and negotiate terms.
• Expedite requests and issue purchase orders and call-offs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
